New version: cFosSpeed 10.22 for Windows 10

New cFosSpeed maintenance release is out

▌Top feature is the new "perma-speedtest" in the Metro skin

A new button in the bottom right corner of the status window let's you switch between the current CPS rate and the last achieved receive and transmit speed. Thereby you can always check what line speed you currently have based on the last bandwidth usage.

▌As usual: Lots of bugfixes and improvements
